Schedule of Title Deeds and Writings relating to a freehold Dwellinghouse and land
situate at Laverton in the Parish of Kirkby Malzeard in the County of York belonging
to MR THOMAS RICHMOND and in mortgage to Mr Edward Ambrose Almack
for securing £200 and interest.

28th & 29th May 1834
Indentures of lease and release the latter made between Matthew Wintersgill of
the first part John Thirkell of the second part and Thomas Shaw of the third part

1864 Abstract of Title of the devisees in trust under the Will of the late
John Thirkell deceased

15th Dec 1864 Indenture made between Nicholas Stobbs and John Lumley
of the one part and William Clarkson of the other part

13th Feb 1889 Indenture made between William Clarkson of the one part and
Thomas Richmond of the other part

14th Feb 1889 Indenture made between Thomas Richmond of the one part and
Edward Ambrose Almack of the other part

8th March 1889 Policy of Insurance (No. 3,127,337) for £100 in the Liverpool and
London and Globe Insurance Company

I the above named and undersigned Edward Ambrose Almack of West Tanfield
in the County of York Farmer, do hereby acknowledge to have received the several
documents and writings comprised in the foregoing Schedule and I undertake to
deliver the same to the above named Thomas Richmond of Laverton in the Parish
of Kirkby Malzeard in the County of York, Carpenter, his heirs or assigns on payment
to me my executors, administrators or assigns of all moneys secured to me by the
last mentioned Indenture and in the meantime to keep the same documents and
writings safe whole and uncancelled and undefaced (fire, theft and other inevitable
accident only and always excepted)
