Will of Robert Tennant of Gate Bridge

These documents are from North Yorkshire Archives,
Malpass Road, Northallerton.

Robert Tennant made his Will on the 22nd November 1872
and died 16th December 1872.
He is buried in Kirkby Malzeard Churchyard along with his
daughter Elizabeth who was born in 1851 and died
9th March 1864.

Robert’s son John Tennant married Mary Emma Slater and
they had a son Robert Percy, baptised 20th December 1882
at Kirkby Malzeard.

Robert’s daughter Mary Jane married Robert Ingleby and
they had two daughters Constance Elizabeth born 1883
and Frances Elizabeth born 1886.

Robert’s daughter Selina Elizabeth married Thomas Williams,
Surgeon, Masham 1st June 1898 at Kirkby Malzeard church.
They had a daughter Eileen born 22nd October 1900.
